Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at DNA Supplies. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking information.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

DNA Industry LLC ships to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and P.O. box / APO / FPO / DPO addresses via USPS.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Shipping)

DNA Industry LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages & Shipping Issues

DNA Industry LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
